Best CG to Hover
 

Where is the best location to put my CG to make it the most stable for a hover.

To the front of the recomended range or to the rear of the recommended range.

I am currently flying a U Can Do 3D but I am sure this applies to all models in a hover.

Right now my CG is about a half inch behind the recommended and in a hover it tends to drop the nose toward the belly everytime.

My battery pack came loose during a flight. It went right to the back of the airplane and I was using those yellow clips which hold connections securely. That was real fun to fly, it torque rolled alomost on its own.

Until landing...

My opinion is, go as far back as your airplane tolerates for a safe landing.
