Thanks Steve, My friend is getting one and cant decide between a ys-91, ys 120, or a Saito -100. Do you know if all of these will fit in the cowl.

The YS 91 and Saito 100 will fit quite nicely; got one of each at my club. Both engines are perfectly matched to this model. I have a YS 91 that wil go into mine.

The YS 91 with an APC 16x4W has lots more vertical capability than the Saito with a 15x8. The guy with the Saito is going to try some different props. We've tried a few on the YS, and the 16x4W seems ideal.

Dunno about a YS 120.

I have a YS-91 on mine and I couldn't be happier!! 16X4w APC using 20/20 fuel. I almost went with a YS-120 but glad I didn't I couldn't imagine more power than what I have already. Balancing this airplane was no issue using the 91 no extra weight was added. However I did mount the fuel tank on the c.g. and I do notice my trim does not change as I burn fuel-- I will do this to all my planes in the future. This is one great combo! you'll love it. GOOD LUCK.
