Where to put the faster servos

I am outfitting a 3D plane with servos and my budget wont allow for top of the line servos all around. So where do I put my better/faster servos?

I know a higher torque quality servo is important for the rudder, but after that do I put my best servos on the elevator or rons?

it depends ...if you like doing pinpoint rolls, perhaps in the ailerons..... if you like hovering, then in the the rudder and elevators

yep, I vote for digitals just for elevator, because the huge diference in 3d planes between high and low rates you may want to keep good resolution on lower rates, for rudder I focus on torque more than speed or presition because is where you use huge deflections with more speed (think about a KE loop), and for ailerons I prefer speed but usually use my best servos on the tail and common ones for ailerons

The higer torque and speed are both important. Not long ago ,I browsed a article from this link,http://www.flyermate.com/flyermate_digital_servo.php
which compared the disadvantage and advantage of the digital servo.

Just did the same thing and put them in the elevators. I had HS-5645s on them and they wouldn't hold center. HS-5985s sure fo though.
