Good ball link setup

Can someone point me in the right direction for a good ball link setup for 4-40 rod. Thanks

chris8105,

These are the [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXFPW7&P=7]Dubro ball links[/link] I use.

Thanks Zippi, is there anything else you have to buy to mount them, like a horn or anything?

My other question is, what do you use to connect the other side of the pushrod to the servo arm? I usually use the GP nylon faslinks but obviously they wont work in this situation, they are for 2-56 rod. Something like these work with a jam nut to keep them in place?

I use the ball links on both ends. You can use full threaded rod, rods only threaded on the ends, carbon fiber pushrods with titanium threaded ends, full threaded rods with carbon over the top. Many choices to choose from.

GP nylon faslinks but obviously they wont work in this situation, they are for 2-56 rod.
They come in other sizes.

I use a 4-40 size E/Z Link.

The danger of a screw-in link on both ends is that vibration can back out the threaded rod. One end unturnable solves that; as does a lock nut on a ball-end fitting.
