They have a 'bit' of gear slop built in but otherwise seem OK.;)

I bought 4 of these off the auction place and wont do it again. Mine are not even usable. Bad gear slop and they always look for center. Bad boards. They made my yak glitch and almost caused a crash.. Just thought I would give you my experience.

Don't touch these with a barge-poll :-)

They've recently been replaced by the MG996R which, although a much better servo, is still not really that good for 3D work.

These are incredibly heavy servos (about 60 grams) and quite slow, even on 6V.

If your Mojo is going to be nose-heavy (unlikely with a Saito 100) then you might get away with these heavy servos in the tail but I know that my Mojo60/Saito 100 combo balanced *perfectly* with much lighter Hitec 5925s in the tail.

There are better options available than either the MG995 or its replacement. Take a look at United Hobbies/Hobby City, they've got a pretty good range of regular and digital metal-geared hi-torque servos in their range now and some are pretty reasonably priced.

If you've got any questions about them, just drop me a PM here (or through "the site that shall not be mentioned on RCU"). I've tried a few and have some more on order now to evaluate (hopefully) over Christmas.

I would suggest checking unitedhobbies, for weight reduction use 1 ubec for lipo rx pack ($9, and you can charge it in less than an hour), and these servos:

https://www.unitedhobbies.com/UNITED...idProduct=5192

$19, 19gms, 4.7kg digitals... unbeatable

also, they Make towerpro servos, I have ordered a couple for ailerons (other model) 1was labeled towerpro and 1 was labeled hextronic
