Learning 3d maneuvers

I am a begginer 3d flyer and all that i can do is hover and flat spins, is there a post with "thumbings" on how to do certain maneuvers? I have realflight g3 and cannot seem to do anything accept basic aerobatics and hovering, is this the sim or the pilot?
