Book to learn 3d?

Is there a good book or video that shows how to perform 3d manuavers? I would like something that might show what the manuaver looks like and also the controls it takes to attain it.

Here's a short book, and video. Go to the funfly forum, and check out the PQHOR thread and videos.

One page book.
Get a QHOR, gallon of fuel, 3 extra props, and have a ball!
