Pull pull su do khoi

I am going to build a su do khoi from plans and heard that most ppl hav installed pull pull systems. I hav not used this sort of system before an was wondering if someone could describe how it works and which brands to buy/stay away from. Thanks.

Du- Bro makes both 256 and 440 pull pull cable systems that are easy to install.
