FS 82a velocity stack

Has any one fit a velocity stack to a Saito 82a? Does it help keep the model cleaner? What is the part number and where do you get it?
Thanks
M

Yes...there is less spill under the canopy from the fuel coming out of the carb. I use in combination with a bruline filter which slips right over the stack. Links below.

The golden knight version has the velocity stack, a slightly less obvious difference between the two engines. Buy the part for the golden knight engine as linked above.

Thanks, I find this engine very messy, will it noticably make the model less oily?

If you use both items together ...yes. As I see it...the stack is used simply to hold the filter in place. The filter catches any fuel flying out and will be pulled back into the carb. Ive got two saitos and have decided to do it on both. When breakin the engine in Im sure you are able to see how much fuel can come through the carb. For $10 USD, I think its worth it. Just my opinion.
