Source for 3D How To's...

Does anyone have a good online source for the "How To's" of 3D acrobatics? I have tried the AMA site. They list the different stunts, but not how to do them. This site has lots of info, but to search each one would take for ever. If someone has a good website listing the different acrobatic stunts and how to do them, that would be great!
Thanks for your help.
By the way...I have been flying for a year and a half and just got the Funtana 40 in the air.
I would like to see what it can do.

I like the tape "Defying the Limits" by Shulman. Will explain some about plane setup as well as maneuvers
