Sig HOG BIPE!!!
 

My grandpa gave me his sig hog bipe he built years ago. I'm wondering if its a 3d airplane, or just a sport plane, or just a simple biplane, and nothing special. Any info would HELP!!!

The Sig Hog Bipe is not a 3D plane. It is however a great biplane for sport flying and general aerobatics. Anything with enough power and skill on the sticks will hover though. You got an awsome bipe. They make good "first" bipes if you've never flown one before. It's a classic that commands respect and draws a crowd.

Like Stang said, not a 3D plane. However, it's an awesome sports plane. A guy at my field has been flying one for like 3 or 4 years now, and has been very happy with his. In fact, he does some of the prettiest slow rolls, spins, and hammerheads at the field. It's a very impressive flying airplane. He's sold it twice, only to buy it back.
