thrust angle/TR

Hello all,
I am learning to hover/tr with an extra special profile. I have lengthened the fuse 8 inches and increased tail surfaces by 30% and it does great in my limited opinion.

I have to hold about 10-20% back pressure on the stick to maintain a vert. hover otherwise it will fly out of the move. Is this normal or should I give the engine some up thrust?

each plane has different characteristics, I generally spend way too much time setting up planes to be as close to neutral in a hover as possible, and adjusting trust angle is a large part of it. most of my profiles don't need uptrust, they ussually hang pretty well, however on the h9 cap i put in about 1/2" uptrust to make plane very neutral. its a pain, but keep making small adjustments and you will find a sweet spot where the plane will hover w/ very little inputs
