VTO Foamy Help (Please?!, Whimper)

Default VTO Foamy Help (Please?!, Whimper)
I am very new to building things so I decided to build the VTO. Well now I have come to a problem, do I split the fuse so that it will be epoxied to the wing or do I split the wing? Or do I shake my rattle and the gods of aeronautics will do it for me?

Hello,
Since this was cut from my plans you will have to split the fuse and glue to each side.
