Default Brushed to brushless cconversion

I have a 400 speed graupner with a gearbox/motor mount. I would like to purchase a brushless motor and still use the gearbox/motor mount combo. this would require the brushless motor to accept a 12 tooth pinion. Any suggestions on where to find? (if possible)
