Recommended battery for Hacker 20-20

I suspect I need one of your super kits with a Hacker 20-20. I have a pair of Himax 2015-4100s with 20 amp controllers, Etec 1200 batteries. I am pretty sure the controllers are OK for the Hacker but I probably need new packs for the higher current with the Hacker. What is a good battery for the weight, capacity and current capabilty for the Hacker on a super? Where can I get them? Do you sell the Hacker without the controller?

RE: Recommended battery for Hacker 20-20

Mostly any of the newer 3s 1600 (or around there) should work real well. I personally use and prefer Duralite's Thunder Plus because of the Safe Charge Cell Balancing circuitry, but any of the newer lipolys ones will work fine too. I don't have experience with the Super planes yet, but 1600mah is what most people like on them.

I run a 1320 TP Prolite on my 20-20. I find that the weight and amp draw suit me fine.

17amp continuous
20amp burst
