I ordered a Katana S 3D,but when the kit came,it was nothing like the plans!Two emails to Levi Jordan remain unanswered!

Help.

Levi is not running the business any longer, when did you send your emails? and what do you mean nothing like the plans?

I know that with mine, I had the kit that came with the Katana S with the G-Force wing, which I guess is the newer style. I got the plans for the Katana S in the older style. The only couple of things that are really different is that the new Katana S doesn't have a pull-pull system, and the wing has three different layers. Try to set it up first just by sticking the pieces into each other(no glue yet) and to do it almost like a puzzle. Hope this helps.

Thanks for responding so quickly.The plans show completely different servo cutouts than are present on the kit fuselage and the kit has some parts not seen on the photo of the parts on the plan.Both the fuselage and the wing appear to be different from the photo of the parts in the plans.In other words,the kit I was sent seems to be another one of your kits,not a Katana S.

P.S.I just read an email from another modeler who had the same observation:I got the new version with a G-force wing.The plans,however don't really jive with the kit.Can I get the new plans,if,in fact,this is the correct observation?

Hi Frank,
Welcome to RCU by the way! Here, use the edge manual, the fact that the fuse and wing outlines are different doesnt matter, plans are not needed to build any of my kits.
