When will 3D foamy get more carbon fiber landing gear in?
 

I just ordered a 3D Foamy SuperCap 232 last night and I saw they were out of the carbon fiber landing gear. Has anyone used this type of landing gear on a foamy plane and any Idea when they might get any more in?

I made my own out of some 3mm Carbon tube and a few bit of 256 wire... I created the same basic mount block for the Fuz and then drill it with two offset holes drill into the mount at 45 degrees. Then I inserted my tubes for the landing gear at the length I needed then made to axle out of 256 wire bent at 135 degrees. The Axles are just CA'd into the 3mm Carbon tube.. Add some wheels and you done.. Very light and very cheap... I like cheap... :-)

That does not sound to hard. I think I will visit my local hobby shop and purchase the parts and give it a try.
Thank you for your help. I almost forgot I do have one other question. What size battery would you use for the super cap?

for a battery, that depends on your motor, bit I use anything from a 3 cell lipoly 1200-1800mah in mine
