Shipping Super Cap to Belgium
 

Hi John,

I am very interested in the supercap. If I order one now, how long will it take for it to get to Belgium? Is the carbon landing gear included? If something goes wrong during shipping, will it be refunded? How much will the shipping cost? Is it possible to order a hacker A20-20L too? Will it fit in the same box, so no extra shipping costs will be charged?

Hi, shipping, probably a week or so, I dont have any landing gear. If its broke in shipping its insured so, Ill just send you another one. Shipping depends, the cart system figures it out automatically, Id guess $15-20? I dont have any hackers left at the moment otherwise it would fit in the same box.

Hello,

A while ago I checked on your online shop how much it would cost to ship it to belgium and it was about 125 $ (the plane included), now that I actually wanted to buy the plane the shipment costs jumped to 133$ (a total of 198$ the plane included) how is this possible? It also seems that I cannot change the shipment method to make it cheaper. Can you help me out? I am really eager to ger my hands on the supercap, but 133$ shipment costs is a bit too much for me.

Is there any chance that you could ship it with another service like fedex, ups or dhl? Maby they are cheaper?

Well, UPS might be cheaper, but the chance of it making there in one piece, is not so good.

could you check what the costs would be with another shipping company? If the shipping costs are less than $75, I will buy it certainly. Is there any chance that the USPS prices might drop to normal in the near future? I am a student, you see, so prices really matter to me. I have done so much research on about every foamy out there and came to the conclusion that the supercap is probably one of the best foamies out there. So I can't wait to get my hands on one, but I hope you understand its really frustrating to see that the shippingprices have skyrocketed.

ah what the heck, I reviewed my financial situation and decided to go for it. I have ordered the supercap from your website and paid it with paypal. When are you gonna ship it? I can't wait.

I just got an email that said "New status: Shipped USPS". Does that mean that you have just initiated the shipment or does it mean that it already is on its way to me? Could you also email me the usps label/receipt number, so I can track the package. I will be out a couple days and I want to anticipate when I should certainly be home.

Hi, my model club had a big bird so Ive been out for the weekend, when I get into the shop this afternoon I will get that email and respond.
