Ok.. do this..
Take off your 40series tires, and stick the stockers back on! they will increase your top end a tad, but your acceleration will be a tad slower..

Also, always remember Savages + 180°turns = flip (if exceeding 15mph) You can easily take that turn faster than he can. Plus, chances are, you'll beat him.
