I Use Pacer Hinge glue. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXCX67&P=ML

Sticks to the hinge and the wood, cleans up with water, and doesn't foam like Gorilla Glue (GG). I like GG for most things -- just not hinges...
