the ct5 came with the adapter and instructions, i have yet to swap it out, will probably do that tomorrow some time. i think you can get the ct5 manual on cenracing.com and open it via a PDF (adobe acrobat) my manual had the instructions included. if i can ill snap a pic( its a small one piece sheet) and post it then.

steering seems to be the biggest issue i can see coming down the road, no punn intended... i think a good quality set of tires and rims that have been properly Balances will help alot with that. will post more after i ve had a bit of time to experiment.
