Jack, I don't have any troubles at all with mine. Not sure what you are saying about it in flight.
I would have to pull the cowl off to see exactly where it's at but looking at the pictures that I have of it, the carb seems to be lower than the fuel tank cap. I'm wondering if the kwik fill valve and the loop in the line are what is helping it out. I've heard though that the 60 is different than the 46 in respect to the tank location. Do you have a kwik fill valve on the plane?
