Almost certainly radio interference. Do what everybody suggested re keeping ESC&Motor as far from receiver & ant as possible--Also carefully check that no bare metal wire on the ant touches the frame, and that there is no play (up & down) on the entire drive shaft & the upper part of the head (if it's metal).

Also be sure the Batt & motor are OK, but it does sound like interference. I had the same problem.
