Default Sig Rascal 110 110" wingspan

Tinman (and all),
The Rascal 110 ARF wings are 2-piece. The main wing joiner is a hardened aluminum "bar" that's 5mm thick. The rear joiner a thick walled aluminum tube.

With the wings mated, they attach to the fuselage with two 3/8" dia. hardwood dowels at the front and the wing is secured to the fuselage with 1/4-20 nylon bolts at the rear.

The wing struts are functional. They are factory painted, airfoiled aluminum and are attached to the fuselage and wing bottom with 4-40 cap head bolts.

This attach system has been designed to take a lot of punishment.

I apologize for interupting your thread.
