Default RE: EFLIGHTLINE A-10

I think you will find you get what you pay for in this instance. The 2030 4400Kv motor looks suspiciously like a Yama Electrics motor, they are very cheap and are 150 size motors, they fit tight in the EDF55-150 black housings, in the 300H housings you will need to pack them out a bit.

This motor on 3s LiPo will pull around 31 amps together, dropping to 29 amps as your battery sags and stabilises. Expect to pull 320 watts initially dropping to 290 or so, and expect the motors to last a couple of flights! (ask me how I know ) I use the 3400Kv version of this motor in a 25oz A10 and if you set it up properly with the right ESC's and get all the settings such as timing etc correct it will run very efficiently. My 3400Kv motors are 43 grams each, same as the stock 300H, they draw 14 amps combined and voltage sits at 11.15 due to the high quality of my battery pack (Hyperion 3sCLX1800 20c) This setup produces 400g thrust and flies the 700g plane well, I fly flat out the entire time and nothing gets hot. Reality is the plane should be lighter. I am aiming for 600g AUW in the next one and have a motor setup in testing stage at the moment that promises 700+ grams of thrust at 32 amps.
