This is a stab in the dark, so if it doesn't apply, feel free to ignore it --

A lot of airplane wings have a smaller bay at the wing root than the other bays, so if the left leading edge was assembled with the right trailing edge (or vice versa) there would be a slant to either one rib or all but one. Any chance you've got either the LE or TE for the wrong side?
