It depends on what kind of Testors paint it is. If your talking about the Enamels, then no, it will dry too hard to flex with the body. Pactra is actually made by Testors.
Model Master (Testors) and Testors Acrylics will work.

You'd be better off just buying some Faskolor, Createx, tamiya, or Pactra paints. You get more for the money.
