FWIW-- Horizon is about to release their new CAP- at 1289 squares and with removable panels and stabs - the all up weight is supposed to be in the 15lb region - with a proper engine - (a 40 ) done right I bet this can be reduced. I have beat factory weight on almost all my H9 models.
The newbies may screw it up but it looks like the BEST smaller CAP I have seen - prebuilt. Pictures and specs now in Horizon pages. NA for another month. It is donein Peter Goldsmith's scheme
With the Evolution 45 or the ZDZ40RE It should be excellent
I did a ZDZ40 3D thing at 1280 sq in 2002 at 11 lbs - plenty strong so this one should be really strong enough for th less accomplished floggers.
Note the stab has not been lowered - thank goodness.
