Center of Gravity on ohio rc extra 300L

Mark- I'm not really sure what the scale of this kit but the kit that I have was the last version of the extra 300L before they went out of business. They lengthen the wings to 74 inches and they made it a two piece wing. I will try this (4 - 4 1/2 from the LE), and see if it works.
Do you still fly your extra? what size engine do you have on it? how's the vertical? I'm modifiying the control surface (large!) so that I can do 3d.
