Not a problem.

Just make a loop in the fuel line that goes above the spray-bar and your saito will do the rest. I was worried about it too, but it's no different than mounting upright for the most part. It will start/run/tune just like it was mounted upright. There is no real difference...just make the loop to keep fuel from flooding the engine and you will be fine.
