Yeah, the rain sucks when you want to fly. If I get desperate, I sometimes put my transmitter in a plastic carrier bag (separate holes for neck strap and antenna ) and fly in the rain. I wouldn't actually go to the flying field if it's raining, but if it starts raining when I'm there, I might do this.

Hang in there, and winter will soon be over (and, alas, so will our summer []).
