Mine came in at 8# with a Saito 91 and on standard gear, 10# when on floats that are pretty scale looking though maybe bigger than they need to be. The plane flies well on the Saito 91 when on the wheels, but the larger engine would be a benefit for when it's on the floats since each float is about the size of a 60-size fuselage
