Default Big Enough??

Hi Ray;

I was told the P160 had some problems that have been worked out by now. There are a few running P160's in the US that are running perfectly. I was told we will be seeing the 160 trickle in soon and become available in acceptable quantities soon.
I think you should be able to intelligently and respectfully convey your concerns about ANY turbine. We pay a lot of money for these little beauties and as such have a right to get our dollars worth. Having said that, The P80 (owned 4, sold 4) and the P120 (owned 8, sold 6) have proven by modelers, and me, to be almost bullet proof. I have not had a single failure. I think Jetcat is being responsible by not releasing the P160 and the P200 till they are ready. I have seen and EXPERIENCED many unexplained flameouts from another make that caused thousand of dollars worth of damage to jets. I have to believe that Jetcat is smart enough to develop their products to make a profitable return on their investment hence they do not want to screw up a good reputation by releasing a product too early. I can tell you for sure if I get a Jetcat that does not run to my expectation, I will be the first to let them go " IF " they do not fix the problem to my satisfaction. I have P160 on order for months now. I do not like it, but I can wait since the 120 are so good. If you need more power and can not wait, buy the Pegasus ( it is a little heavy and big and have a very simple ecu). Good luck!
