I agree EZ-Off works much quicker, the only problem is once you take off the anodizing you will be left with a dark ugly looking chassis that is soft aluminum. You can polish it to make it shiny or re-anodize it. Without anodizing the aluminum is not protected and will ding up and scratch which will be ok for awhile but it will bother you eventually.....
