I am thinking about getting the 46 for my new 25% GP Yak 54. It will probably come in around 16 lbs. This is my first big plane. Will this engine reliably hover it? Has anyone used this engine for 3D?
Aslo, should I get side or rear discharge? I am thinking rear but I am not familiar with mounting a gas engine.
