Hi all, Well I had the same problems yall are having, the 120 foot range. I took out the DuraTrax[sm=bananahead.gif] & installed a new Venom-->

So it was the failsafe & not the reciver[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]. I guess you get what you pay for!
