Start pulling vertical as if to enter a stall turn then applying a good rate of airleron combined with a hint of opposite rudder will "usually" get a decent funnel. Once again, use elevator to set the angle. A light touch on the rudder is very important. Too much and you'll easily piro out of the funnel.
