Default Where do you get "phenolic" material?

I donno about the circuit board, but true phenolic has the asbestos in it. It's really a big combination of meterials. Very good material for templates, and I see it used to make pump impellars on a regular basis, and when I machine the tolerances I always keep some water on it to eliminate the dust. Why take the chance??
