i would think any adhesive remover would do the trick....

i use "goof off" you can buy it from home depot, it works wonders on all adhesives i've used it on. haven't had the chance to use it on monocote though. i would used it sparingly as it doesn't take much and you wouldn't want it to "wick" under the white for chances of releasing adhesive you don't want to take off.
