Just thought this would be fun to hear some new excuses for dumb thumbs. We've all heard some good ones at the field. Sure there is equipment failures but there are also some creative excuses. In this hobby crashes happen, its not fun but you can cry about it, or feel you just made room in the hangar for the plane you really want.
ailerons reversed- guilty but learned something
I had it on low rates and it just snapped
lost elevator- those are usually fun to watch

bad crystal
dead battery
I thought 4 rubber bands was enough for the wing
Servo just locked
I guess the OS 160 was just too much for the Funtana 40
My favorite, pilot's head hung low and says"I did'nt really like that plane anyway"
Add some more, Heck I may try one next time a low knife edge goes bad.
