Here is the before and after pics of the first step that is now completed. I cut out part of the upper deck to gain access to the bottom of the hull for new set-up and more batteries. I was already dremeling when I remembered before and after pics would be nice, so thats why you see some dremeling already done in the first pic.
Next steps to complete the project will be as follows.
1. Seal original shaft exit hole.
2. Make new hole for surface drive set up and install stuffing tube.
3. Move motor mount.
4. Install new rudder.
5. Install servo mount and servo.
6. Mount motor
7. Install ESC and Reciever.
8. Charge batteries and head to the lake.
Let me know if I left out anything. That might not be the exact order in which I will complete each step.
