This is the rotor I saw in Martiinsville, and it does indeed look to have very limited teetering.

I was going to put an Allen bolt on each side to limit teetering, but from looking at this picture I think I'l just lower the pivot so the rotor arm hits the hub on the bottom to limit teetering.
