The fastest 15 sized motors made in the USA are made by Henry Nelson. Bear in mind that fast high performance motors are not cheap and these will cost around $250.00. There are Fora 15's sold by George cleveland, and quite a few great motors from the eastern block. Most of these are for flat out high performance running and do not have a throttle.Face it a hot motor really does not idle very well if at all. Best info is found from the C/l speed and Free Flight web sites as these fellows use these motors on a regular basis and have a lot more knowledge then most of the R/C crowd.
Bear in mind that these motors while powerful beyond your expectations are not for the inexperienced. You can ruin high precision motors by ham fisted tweaking. In other words there is a learning curve and some experimentation on prop and fuels for each particular application.
