Sorry for the delay in responding.
The RCV90SP would be marginal for that model. We normally say the RCV90SP can pull a model around 9lbs, so 14 1/2 may be too much. Saying that, it may have the torque to pull the engine around the sky slowly, but it wouldn't be my first choice for that plane (I think the kit recommends up to a 1.8 4-stroke - double the RCV90SP).
