"Sabotage" is a big word, I hope he has the proof to back that up. I did not witness the crashes, but from what I could gather on-site on saturday and in the last couple of days on several forums, the guy with the frequency scanner was monitoring his freequency on both flights and did not notice anything strange before, during and after the flight. Bad Tx module?

You don't need a big interference to get the plane in fail safe... that's why i never use it...
