RE: Evolution 100
Well, I've tried about every combination I can think of now and find the best running I can get is the Hanger 9 plug. If I go any leaner on the idle screw, it dies lean in a hover. I tried going to a uniflow style tank set-up and that did nothing also. So as it stands, the Evo 100 will put my 65" Yak through its paces with ease on every manuver except an inverted flat spin. The mid range just won't lean out for me and it's bogging out the engine when the throttle comes on while the plane is spinning. It's frustrating since the motor is so nice in all other aspects of flying the plane.
Has anyone ever tried another carb in this motor?
