Default RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust

I have a wren 54 mk2 and am using about half flap for takeoff. The local strip is grass, and i can get airborne, if i go downhill, with a headwind, and diagonally across the strip. I get airborne anything from 0-5m away from the end of out strip. There isnt any room for error.
Suggestions that ive recieved are.
1) raise the incidence of nosewheel( contrary to the instructions)
2) Get a stiffer nosewheel- i use a robart wheel, which is probably boggin down.
3) Use bigger main wheels- im using 2 3/4 intairco- theyre nice wheels so im reluctant to dump them, given the other set i have i think and 3 1/2
4) Use flaperons- would involve sacrificing a channel or buying a JR matchbox. But would spoilerons be better?

landing isnt an issue into the field, so maybe 1) may be enough.

Can anyone suggest what i should do first??
