Default Countersunk Soket Head Screws?

I'm installing some Great Planes mechanical retracts, no screws are supplied to attatch them to the LG rails.

The holes in the mounting flanges on the gear are "countersunk" to accept a screw with the beveled head, so that the top of the screw is flush with the flange when installed. The only #4-1/2" screws with this type of head I've been able to find are Robertsons. Call me picky but I'd like to have everything on the plane serviceable with my set of ball drivers.

Anyone seen socket head screws with this type of head?
