(d) You will not cause or permit access or use of the Software in the design, development, production, stockpiling, use or testing of chemical or biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction or rocket systems (including ballistic missile systems, space launch vehicles and sounding rockets), unmanned air vehicles systems (including cruse missile systems, target drones and reconnaissance drones), or in a facility engaged in such activities.
