RE: Showtime
IT FLYS!!! I finally took the bird up in the air. And i am very happy. With only a few clicks of trim it flys straight and level. Unfortunately my low rates were still a tad to touchy for me so I was constantly trying to correct. The Saito 125 really pulls the plane, however not unlimited but, its plenty for my type of flying. When i get more fuel put through the saito it would run much better.
Well, such a good thing must come to an end sometimes. I did everything opposite what everyone says on this thread. **slaps forehead** Comming in for final really slow, slower then i should be doing on such a perfomance plane, I started to notice the sign of a stall. Mixxed with a slightly touchy low rates, and a slowed reaction to add throttle and climb out. The plane tipstalls and does a cartwheel so good a gymnast would get jellous. Well the good thing is, this plane is built like a brick. The only damage was a elevator half bent up at the tip. With a little balsa and some glue it would be perfect.
I do got a question. Does anybody have some spare purple covering that they could lend. I kinda dont want to pay for 6ft just a a small section. PM me if you could help.
